Would rate 0 stars if able to. Lousy owner who refused to return deposit with no reasoning behind it or explanation. Apartment was left in better condition then when first rented out to. Highly do not recommend unless you need a cheaply ran place to stay, with a good chance of losing your deposit.
Slum Lord owner refused to give security deposit back despite us leaving the place better than we found it. Reason for doing so was because we were month to month, even though we clarified multiple times that we would be getting it back. Cheap rent. Cheap place. Cheap owner.
