RecommendedI've never been to the facility in Hartville but have been to the other 2 in Tallmadge (Tallmadge circle) and the in Brimfeild and have never had a problem with either of them until 2weeks ago I was at the Brimfeild location and the under body wash never came on now, I purchased 3x 5 wash platinum packages 1 for me 1 for my mother and 1 for my sister in law, I made 1 phone call to the number on the door and all was resolved, Brad made the issue right, I will continue using these car washes on a regular basis and I will conti... read more
I love the Hartville location, it is convenient to my work. I also really like that the vacuums are included in the fast pass
Ok, I normally do not like to do bad reviews but I am not very happy with this place right now. I went through the carwash on Friday with a perfectly fine windshield and after the soap cleared there was a crack going all the way down the center of my windshield. I called and spoke to the manager Mike who was very friendly, but he couldn't help me the owner Bob had to call me. I've been getting my car checked and cleaned here for a few years now and I highly recommend. I'm always in and out, they never nickel and dime me, and the guys are knowledgeable and personal. Highly recommend.
First time here and won't be back. Left soap spots all over my vehicle.

We do not go to Facebook on a daily basis to handle customer service so your responses on this platform will not be timely.
The chassis wash at the Tallmadge location was all of 10 seconds long and there was no notification of it being that short or sign telling you to drive quickly through it. No conveyor belt to keep it on track and the triple color foam is not what other places use - just crappy normal foam with colored lights shinning on it from the ceiling. No attendant was on duty like they were supposed to be. Just went thru the new Tallmadge location. Great fast wash. Looking into the monthly unlimited plan.
Just waited 30 minutes for an oil change, car pulls up and the attendant waves him in ahead...I'm the only one who's been there waiting!! This is crazy.
