The last 2 times I have went to Country Chev they have messed up! First time go for an oil change. They call and say it's ready. I tell them I will head there to get it. The lady informs me service will be closed and I can get my keys and pay at the reception desk. When I get there, reception had no clue what was going on. Finally she found the invoice but no keys. He is very friendly and easy to work with, especially ready to help when we came in to pick up the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had a great car buying experience!! Matt and Debra were a big help with the whole process today. I’ve never had a dealership be so friendly even before you buy the car! No pressure just honest nice people!! They answered every question we had, down to even hooking my phone to the Bluetooth in the car.
