We are new to Country Chevrolet in Colville. We will definitely be returning customers. From the minute you walk in the door until the time you leave; everyone is friendly, helpful, and very nice. We were there for an oil change and we were treated just as nice as if we were purchasing a vehicle. A special shout out to Austin Diaz who kept checking on us. Austin was extremely nice and we would return simply because of him!

The pricing was more than fair, communication was excellent, and they truly went above and beyond to help me. A special thanks to the service manager, Andrew for keeping me updated and making the whole process easy. It’s refreshing to find a dealership service department that treats customers this well.
