We are new to Country Chevrolet in Colville. We will definitely be returning customers. From the minute you walk in the door until the time you leave; everyone is friendly, helpful, and very nice. We were there for an oil change and we were treated just as nice as if we were purchasing a vehicle. A special shout out to Austin Diaz who kept checking on us. Austin was extremely nice and we would return simply because of him!
Fantastic service from start to finish! They got my car in quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and had it repaired in no time. The pricing was more than fair, communication was excellent, and they truly went above and beyond to help me. A special thanks to the service manager, Andrew for keeping me updated and making the whole process easy. It’s refreshing to find a dealership service department that treats customers this well. Highly recommended!
My son bought a truck from Country Chevrolet and it was the best vehicle buying experience! Spencer and Austin both went out of their way to help and we just appreciated the overall effort from the entire dealership. 5 star and golf clap for everyone involved! Great service
Everyone knows us from the service department to the general manager. We purchased our Truck in January of 2001 and have taken it to Country Chevrolet for all its services and repairs. They know our Truck as big red and are one of the reasons that at 307,000 miles Red still runs like new. Thank you all from the GM to the service team, billing department and everyone in between for taking such great care of our truck. There is a reason that over the past 32 years we have purchased 7 new vehicles. Customer service!!! A++++
