Always long hold time on the phones. If you miss an appointment they are rude. Most (not all) are snobby and stuck up. Test drove a hemi- paperwork was a hemi and we drove off with an eco boost. Second truck is even worse. They have been a headache. (Missed the appointment due to father being in hospital)
These guys were amazing! They went out of their way to help us out and service our vehicle. Really appreciate their flexibility!
They were very friendly, super quick and no pressure!!
Got both vehicles oil changed and washed! Excellent service and great customer service!
We are new to Country Chevrolet in Colville. We will definitely be returning customers. From the minute you walk in the door until the time you leave; everyone is friendly, helpful, and very nice. We were there for an oil change and we were treated just as nice as if we were purchasing a vehicle. A special shout out to Austin Diaz who kept checking on us. Austin was extremely nice and we would return simply because of him!
