I've lived at Country Chalet for 9 years. It is quiet and good value for the money. The property manager, Maricela Lara, is very responsive to maintenance requests. Laundry facilities were upgraded and radiators were adjusted this year which has made living here more comfortable.
DO NOT GO, there was bedbugs and cockroaches. The place does not look like the pictures bathroom are SUPER dirty.
The property is straight filthy anyone living here got to be smoking crack or donr care about nothing it should be called booty chalet...I walked in and actually vomited 🤢 from the odor...and some big ass healthy roaches in the hallways

I’ve never had a bad experience living here. Any issues or concerns I ever had Maricela was always on top of it and got things taken care of right away. If I ever had any maintenance issues she always made sure my maintenance requests were answered and taken care of in timely manner. I would definitely recommend these apartments to others.
