So glad I stopped by, the food is amazing! We are pretty particular about our bbq and Cody nailed it. Tried the ribs and the pulled pork plate. First, the sauce is Saint Louis style so medium thickness and delicious. Ribs were perfectly cooked, nice. The pulled pork was the big standout though, best I've ever had! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, quality meats and with a bit of the bbq sauce on it became perfection.
One of the best Cubans I've had since Florida. Excellent coleslaw with chopped apples. My hubby and I both loved it! Will be back.
RecommendedBest Cuban sandwich in Bend oregon and nice touch with the apples in the coleslaw. Can't wait to try more.
The chimmi churri on tri-tip is fantastic! You cannot go wrong with cody's cookshack.
Delicious BBQ at a great price and awesome location! I've already eaten here 3 times since it opened last week and it is SO good! I've gotten something different each time and never been disappointed! Cody and the staff have been awesome and helpful. Keep up the great work!
