Not at all impressed with the Customer Service at Country Carpet, Pierre, SD. I call the owner to explain my disappointment in my carpet installation and service. In Our phone conversation, I never once got an "I'm sorry", he showed no empathy for the debacle they caused. It was apparent he had No concern or understanding of the inconvenience they created.
