I have been there only a few times for volunteering, and as what I have seen, the staff are very friendly, caring and professional, plus the appearance of the facility always looks clean and sanitized!
Country Care Pet Resort is excellent and cares about all animals under there care. Prior to boarding my German Shepherds, my kids, they made sure all instructions were documented. This included walks, play time, feeding and medications. I asked if I could see the kennel and she didn't hesitate and took me to the area where they would be put. As we walked the attendant looked in all the kennels to check on the dogs and told me they did walk throughs frequently. The resort is very clean and well maintained. They let you bring ... read more
