Where do I even begin, YOU HAVE A ROACH INFESTATION THAT YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT FOR MONTHS! It has come to the point that I have to collect and gather evidence and take this up with the housing authority. My MIL pays too much money to live here and to be here for over 5 years and you people can’t do your job. Someone was supposed to spray last week and never showed up, was supposed to come Monday and never showed up. Here it is Wednesday evening and still no one has come to spray but you went rent money? I don’t think so.
I asked them how much their 2 bedrooms are gave me how much they are and she said she had a waiting list and I asked how long and she said 15 on the list and 5 that keep calling repeatedly and before I could even get my question out they hung up on me. Seems pretty unprofessional for me to not even get to ask anymore questions. If they are this rude when you talk on the phone with them I wouldn't want to know how rude they are when you live there.
