The people who work in the office are absolutely TERRIBLE with communication. Everything they do is just for show. The hard wood apartments are a SCAM! Putting any pressure on the floor causes noticible dents! The balcony above our apartment has cracks, holes, and is bowing due to years of water damage. It is UNSAFE! We told them months ago and they still moved a new resident in! They don't get anything done! After going 15 days without a reliable working washer machine, we finally received a new washer machine. Nothing special, but it works. Then I received a message 10 minutes prior to the front office closing that states (via email) the old washer is working and therefor I'm being charged $200. To be clear, the first week, the maintenance tried to repair the washer and witnessed and agreed it didn't work. They then replaced it. The management company and office staff are terrible. Promises are made and not kept. Services promised are poorly managed or not provided. Example: package service is available for a cost. We paid for it but the fromt office never updated the unit with our information and refused to update the provider. UPS and USPS noticed the name discrepancy and stopped forwarding the mail and packages and held the, for Scottsdale Horizon front office. I would give O if I could. These apartments are for people from San Fransico honestly. Reno us over crowded from people moving from the Bay Area. These apartments remind me of this culture. The only person that could be called half way decent here is Joanne. If she still works here! Complaints are on a regular here and there are daily phone calls because your neighbors can’t be human beings and have a conversation! These people have no heart at all. I hate these flipping apartments

SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE. THIS PROPERTY RUINS LIVES! Not joking. Where's the humanity in this business? THEY DON'T CARE. YOU ARE A NUMBER. A PAYCHECK. Current residents, beware. Country Brook Apartments likes to screw you at move out by making you pay for non-existent damages so they can upgrade the unit and make the next person pay more when they move in. They will also give you a date to pay your final balance for instance they gave us April 20th 2021, but they will ignore that date and send you to collections anywa... read more

Predatory practices all around. Will tow your car and charge $250 if your car registration is expired from a few weeks. Greedy and unhelpful. Apparently towed 70+ cars at once one time, and they are still doing it. THEIR OWN RESIDENTS' cars that have exp registration. They don't call, email, send any letters before they tow. They just go ahead and your car is gone, no notice. THEY KNOW ITS YOUR CAR and they tow it anyway to I'm sure get a kickback from the tow company. Look elswhere

Very BAD experience! No Management whatsoever. No maintenance is done right or in time. Washers and Dryers damage your clothes. If you pay on the second they charge you an enormous amount of late fees. Save yourself the DRAMA and find somewhere else!
