Disappointed When I needed to euthanize the family dog (18 years old, in end-life distress), Country Animal Care let me down. I was able to make it a half-hour before closing, but the doctor was leaving even earlier than that, and before I could get there... Rather than refer me to Family Pet Clinic less than a block away, the receptionist suggested maybe I could find something down the hill. I will not return to Country Animal Care.
Superior Care Dr. Mickelson took over this office Feb. 2013. He is a well respected vet and his clients love him. He had taken care of generations of our pets in Riverside and while we hated to see him leave Riverside we want to continue to have our pets cared for by the best so we are commuting 90 miles round trip. Welcome Dr. Paul B. Mickelson DVM Dr. Mickelson is the new owner and veterinarian at Country Animal Care. He previously worked in Riverside which is where he treated my animals for almost 14 years. He is incredibly talented and I feel so strongly about this that I, as well as others, have followed him to Phelan. I have been to many vets over the years and I have never received the quality of care I get from Dr. Mickelson.
Fantastic Vet I have taken all my dogs to Dr. Wagner since we moved up here in the mid 90's. He and his staff were fantastic to both me and my animals. His prices were a bit hi, but his knowledge was the best. He has been a great vet to help various volunteer units such as mounted enforcement where he presented a day long class to help us with our horses health. He will be greatly missed! Dr. T
Chickenvet! I went to this vet once, noticed he made very little contact with Suzie while we talked and when he went to examine her she barked at him and he hid behind a door! Unbelievable! And the other vet in town ain't no good either!
Excellent Service Sad to say, my visit was for my cat that I had to put to sleep.
unprofessional, dirty, unsatisfied Worst experience I have ever had. The Dr used foul language when I questioned his motives. No such thing as customer service for this office. The dr has one thing in mind... money, not your animal. He needs to be formally reviewed.
