They are a lazy type of business. They dont show your house to sell it . They dont do open houses . They dont do anything but put tge ad on the websites . They wait for the house to sell itself. When I had to pay 600 to cancel , they were so greedy to get thier money after a disappointing year of watching my agent do hardly anything to sell my house . No respect for tenants
I cannot tell you how much of a joy it has been to work with this property management. Whether it's Sara, Hayden, or Phil, they all are excellent at communication and have been so kind of polite. Very professional. Great at answering any questions, comments, or concerns. This is the property management company to go with.
They took my deposit for pet stains that were on the carpet before I moved in. I had no pets during the 1 year I lived there. They also charged me a disposal fee for items that were in the garage. These items were already there when I moved in so I didn't touch them while I lived there or when I moved out assuming they belonged to the home owner.
