No respect for tenants
I cannot tell you how much of a joy it has been to work with this property management. Whether it's Sara, Hayden, or Phil, they all are excellent at communication and have been so kind of polite. Very professional. Great at answering any questions, comments, or concerns. This is the property management company to go with.
They took my deposit for pet stains that were on the carpet before I moved in. I had no pets during the 1 year I lived there. They also charged me a disposal fee for items that were in the garage. These items were already there when I moved in so I didn't touch them while I lived there or when I moved out assuming they belonged to the home owner. Very rude & dishonest. Major superiority complex towards tenants. Probably a great place for home owners to work with but not so good for renters.
I went there with a friend to turn in paper work around acquiring a place of residence nice and clean place staff seem very attentive and friendly
