Honest, respectful, and hardworking! I’m so glad I asked them for a second opinion. They fixed our HVAC when another company spent 5 minutes assessing it and told us it was completely shot. Saved us thousands of dollars!
John provided the best service call experience I have ever had for my furnace. The problem was quickly diagnosed after a few quick questions and tests. The unit was in a difficult place to access but he was quick to "jump in" and tackle the problem. He never attempted to sell me a new unit. Rather, he went out of his way to let me know that the heater still had good serviceable life. Friendly, always courteous and very organized.
