I truly admire this wonderful place. Nathan went way beyond the call of duty with our Ona. We have been taking our dogs there for a long time and I can't even imagine them not in our lives as well as our dogs. Top Notch service full of honesty and compassion.
Satisfied so far I have been there three time so far. First to have a dog euthanized and two times with my new puppy and so far I am very pleased. They seem like straight shooters. The only problem I have experienced is they seem rushed at times.
Very Bad Experience Never in my life been treated so horribly by a business that I pay good money to. The service I paid for was not completed on my dog. Then when I dared to ask for a refund, I was treated very poorly by none other than the owner himself. Never again would I take my pet here.
Country Acres is the Best! I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic. You will appreciate the professionalism of the staff and knowledge of the doctors. We have used the clinic for over nine years including boarding and pet care. The doctors are very passionate about their role in the care for your pet and talk in layman's terms, so you understand. We have since moved away from the area and continue to drive 60+ miles round trip to the office in New Castle, so our dogs can have the utmost in care.
