If I could give this complex negative stars I would INFESTED WITH CARPET BEATLES, WOULD DO NOTHING to help, was told “they are just Beatles” They will send you to collections for breaking lease. Lost all my items from their NEGLIGENCE, INCOMPETENCE & POOR MANAGEMENT —the bugs came from THEIR HALLWAY Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE HORRIBLE MANAGE!!
I lived in the Counting House for the last 3 years and I was sad to leave , but the crew at the office was always so polite and profesional the must helpful person was Victoria Callahan she was so nice and helpful all the time with a nice smile .. I’m gonna miss her . Thank you so much Victoria

So I have to say the maintenance guy Ryan is absolutely amazing. He is always on point does his job very thorough. Always polite, professional, and very friendly. He gets my A+ from me. He takes his job very serious from what I can see. You did a great job hiring him!!! Thank you Ryan for everything!!!!
You will pay more than 2 thousand dollars of rent and this will be the decoration of your home. When they do not fix the roof that is leaking water and the condominium itself leaves the buckets for decoration
