I lived in the Counting House for the last 3 years and I was sad to leave , but the crew at the office was always so polite and profesional the must helpful person was Victoria Callahan she was so nice and helpful all the time with a nice smile .. I’m gonna miss her . Thank you so much Victoria

So I have to say the maintenance guy Ryan is absolutely amazing. He is always on point does his job very thorough. Always polite, professional, and very friendly. He gets my A+ from me. He takes his job very serious from what I can see. You did a great job hiring him!!! Thank you Ryan for everything!!!!
You will pay more than 2 thousand dollars of rent and this will be the decoration of your home. When they do not fix the roof that is leaking water and the condominium itself leaves the buckets for decoration
I lived at Jackson loft for a little over 2 years. And I must say the team here are wonderful to work with. From the Maintenance team to the office team. Every work order I made was solved with quality work and speedy time. I will definitely give a shout out to Ketevani the office manager who has always gone beyond our expectations and has always solved our needs while living at Jackson loft. If you have to rent and live in Lowell. This place is a great option!
