I needed my granite cut so I could replace my oven/stove with a bigger unit. They went out of their way to squeeze me into their schedule when another company came down with covid. I am so thankful, as I was without an oven/stove for a week trying to feed a family of 6. They did an amazing job as well!! I would highly recommend them!!
I my new kitchen countertops and can not say enough wonderful things about Lynda and Loren. These folks are so genuine, honest, and extremely helpful while being patient with all my questions. Lynda was very knowledgeable about the whole process and shared many tips and tricks with me. Loren was such a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to help me the day of installation. I had a wonderful experience with Lynda and Loren!!! They were professional and answered all my many questions. I was able to hand select where my counter would be cut out of the slab, which for Carrara was very important. The installation was perfect. I highly recommend them!
I am so happy I called the Countertop Shoppe! Their customer service team and installers were extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I called during the COVID-19 stay at home order and they even shipped me a sample of the stone I wanted to look at before I placed my order. Had a great experience with Lynda and Loren. Countertop cracked twice but now it is repaired and looks great. Even the dogs loved Loren!!!!. Lynda was great. Would recommend the counter top shop highly
