Very unfair to employees. Employees are very disrespectful, and those who aren’t disrespectful are treated like crap or fired. Shop local but not here. They are unfair and new employees get paid more than those who work hard and are the foundation of the company. Firing a foundation worker with no warning during a pandemic and catering to those who don’t know how to do their jobs.
