The worst experience of my entire DUI. So rude and judgmental. I honestly have never been treated worse. Even at the DMV they are nicer. I have never had a DUI before and didn’t have a clue about what the evaluation was for they just told me I needed one and my attorney recommended this place. Even scheduling the appointment was difficult. Then it was closed when I got there and she claimed that she lost her keys and was waiting for the locksmith and rescheduled the appointment. Tried to call about getting an evaluation done, the lady who answered the phone was real rude hung up on me didn't feel respected at all this company doesn't deserve your business
This place is very unprofessional!! The director is extremely rude! And has had an attitude from yhe day I stepped foot into her office. She lies about faxing documents and can be heard cursing and slamming things in the next room… I went in with a smile a face and left crying from being so upset with the professionalism it’s a shame that she has this ENTITLEMENT she should not be working in the business with people at all if I were you I would go some where else!!
I was referred by my attorney to Countermeasures. My first words to Ms Kim was "I ruined my life" she kindly responded "that is not so.. you made a mistake, and we are going to make sure you don't make it again." The group classes, that I thought would be awful, are very interesting. To hear another's journey is almost comforting as you start to realize you are not alone.
