I've had numerous problems with this company. Today they blew off a scheduled appt to fix a widening seam in kitchen counters that they installed 18 months ago. Of course, warranty is past. And I've been waiting two hours for a technician who never showed. The company said they had no record of a service order and did not even apologize.

No return calls or emails like they said. Gave incorrect and inconsistent answers. Need much better customer service.

Terrible customer service, my home depot assigned them for install my project and after infinities "I'll call you back" and more than 5 weeks the job is not yet completed. Terribly disappointed.... the countertops are taking way longer than the cabinets thanks to this company!
