RecommendedFirst time home buyer, I used Mr. Counter on two home inspections because the first home was in worse shape than initially thought. Andy was diligent and knowledgeable through the first home inspection which saved me from a huge money pit. This gentleman will do everything in his power to give an absolutely detailed inspection so that a future home buyer can feel more at ease and extremely confident in a home purchase! I would highly recommend him to everybody!
Owner Andy Counter is very detailed oriented. Had him inspect our new David Weekly home in Sienna Plantation which he found several items I had overlooked. If you are buying a new construction GET AN INSPECTION DONE before you move in and before the 1 year warranty expires!! Don’t play games with your biggest investment!

Andy was extremely thorough & professional. He inspected our brand new home after our builder insisted an inspection wasn’t necessary. Andy did amazing job with the inspection of our new home. The report was very thorough and had over 250 pictures. The aerial shots were informative and just plain cool to see.
