Terrible guy, all I did was call for an estimate and he hung up on me twice. The second time I called him he picked up the phone and yelled "what do you want" in an aggressive tone and then hung up on me again....weird guy but they sure do know how to lose potential customers..
I had a fantastic time and experience at CounterCraft and was utterly pleased by the customer service it really seemed like they wanted me to have a great counter. Best counter place in Waukegan no doubt
