This company was recommended to us by Pruitt Skilled Nursing facility. We hired them to transport my mother from the facility to home. The driver was absolutely the kindest, most gentle lady you could ask for. My mother was in a lot of pain and nauseated. She prayed for her and took her time driving as not to cause more discomfort. I wish I would have gotten her name. True customer service like this is hard to find these days!
Count on Us assisted with medical transport between facilities and at discharge, and we've been using their services ever since. The drivers are very professional and treat passengers like they would want their families taken care of, so the service is fantastic.
