If your struggling financially and have to reschedule a few times due to health or lack of funds, they won't give you any warning, just cut you off with a emotionless email, sorry no more appointments for you. Quality of service was okay at best. Go elsewhere.
I highly don’t recommend this psychology centre, they seem to only care more about their money then their actual compassion towards their patients. With how the world is at the moment, many are financially struggling and I’m sure many can’t attend their appointments due to not having the funds but this doesn’t mean that they can cancel your appointments and remove you from their system with no prior warnings. Visited two “Doctors” from here and my god, it wasn’t until I moved to Perth that I got in touch with someone worthy of their job title. This place is a disgrace.
