I highly recommend Counselling Connection. I felt an instant connection with my therapist and felt at ease opening up to her. She has helped me recognize a lot of patterns in my behavior and has given me a lot of tools to be able to navigate stressors in my life going forward. I owe a lot of personal growth to the relationship I have built with her and am forever grateful.
We attended several community mindfulness walks with Counselling Connection this past summer, and it was such a great experience for both me and my children. The sessions were engaging and meaningful, and we’ve been able to carry what we learned into our everyday lives. The space itself is warm and welcoming, and everyone there is so kind and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
