I called to see if this practice provided a specific assessment. I was told they did. I was scheduled with someone who did not have the qualifications to perform that assessment and didn’t even remember why I was there, even though I asked them directly on the phone and wrote it on all my intake forms. I was given misinformation, invited to come in for another session, even though, they couldn’t help me and, of course, charged for the experience.
I have been seeing Mary Stephenson for the past 4 months and have had a really positive experience with her, and the office at KC Counseling Solutions, thus far. The office is in a great building and the environment is very comfortable and welcoming.
