I contacted the office on July 16th to seek out services and actually spoke with a very sweet woman on the phone who did an intake form. She informed me that a therapist would be in contact with me to schedule a session, but sadly, that never happened. Due to never being contacted, I am leaving a 1-star review. Luckily, nothing life-threatening had occurred but it leaves concerns about this office if a therapist was needed ASAP for mental health services.
