Your receptionist told me that she could make me an appointment on the 15 almost a month ago. So I called to confirm and now she’s saying she didn’t. I wrote everything down. She made a mistake and instead of apologizing for it she’s just arrogant and hung up on me. The most unprofessional counselor I have ever met. In my opinion she not only hurt my child emotionally but caused more trama.. I Would 100% not recommend her.
