Didn't get to fill out paperwork due to a sick baby for 2 days and wirk fulltime they never told me they canceled my appt on a Saturday?? What the heck? then call me today I was planning on going in early and calling them at 8am to make sure. like most other medical places 90% of people let u fill out paperwork before appointments. She hung up on me. That's what they do to u in a crisis. Reporting them for sure.

The therapists and psychiatric providers are professional, compassionate, and easy to talk to for myself and for my teen. Never answer the phone and the marriage counselor that was being used did not help anything and didn’t focus on the relationship but yet other things resulting in needing to find a new counselor to try and mend the marriage better than what was being offered
Issy has been a huge blessing to me over the past year. Excellent service and has been a huge help for us. Very positive, professional, and effective. Offer great variety of options to address immediate and long term concerns.
They provided amazing care and help. Everyone was so nice. This is a great place to work, and I would recommend it to anyone needing acute mental health care.
