Monica Houttuin is the counselor at this center and its awful. The staff is rude and obviously have never dealt with insurance information before. I have never been to a clnical office that was so obsessed with payment eligibilty EVEN after you give them TWO FORMS OF INSURANCE AND PAYMENT. I would recommend going elsewhere, where the people care.
