I absolutely loved my case manager here. I think she could have been a counselor with her experience and knowledge. Loved Alison, my initial intake person who held the trauma classes and I believe was a counselor. I actually liked some of the medical team. I was told after they hired a new counselor that I no longer qualified for a case manager because I had insurance. I had insurance when I first went in there. Went here with my son for a little over 2 months, and felt like nothing was achieved whatsoever. I honestly felt like this place was just a waste of our time. All they did is do questionnaire after questionnaire with us, and we never got to meet our actual therapists the whole 2 months we were there. My therapist kept calling in all of the time, and then apparently decided she was going to go just virtual, which was NOT what I signed up for. They kept overlapping appts, and even scheduled me with someone that I was unaware t... read more
