Over the years I’ve seen three counselors at CAPS, and four counselors off campus (two psychologists at Banner and two therapists who run their own clinics). The CAPS counselors are all terrible compared with the counselors off campus. By the way Michael Biuso is especially awful! He has no idea what he is doing! I was in mid-crsis and experiencing physical symptoms. Called in and asked for "over-the-counter" advice. They turned me down. Completley disregarding that a student, this campus "supports so dearly", was in obvious crisis because I did not have my student ID number on hand. Absolutely lost all respect for when this campus talks about mental health. Clearly, they just enjoy the profit and their image.
