I’ve been receiving treatment from Dr. Williams for almost two years. The staff is always friendly and helpful! My family, friends and myself have noticed what a help my behavioral therapy has been to help me take control of my life as well as to thrive. Huge shoutout to my counselor, Zanee! She has been unbelievably amazing in helping me achieve my goals and stay on track!
Dr. Williams knows his stuff and has always taken care of my mental health needs. He takes his time and doesn’t just throw new meds at you all the time. He explains things very thoroughly to where his patients, that aren’t in the medical girls can understand. He is laid back and very easy to talk to.
I have been visiting this office for almost 2 years now, and I really enjoy Dr. Williams, which is why this has two stars.* However, I am able to count on more than one hands the amount of times it took me DAYS to get my prescription after I needed it, even after taking the same dose of the same prescription for an extended amount of time… It is also really difficult to get an appointment when you need one. Been going to this office for over 2 years. At first was paying cash for co-pays at every visit before leaving, then that quickly became an issue with discrepancies at return visits saying still owed for previous appts. I quickly learned to only write a check at each visit and not rely on their texted receipts for my records. I’m saddened by the current review statistics for Dr. Williams! He and his office should have 5 stars for their outstanding service! He is an excellent, proficient and knowledgeable professional provider! He has been my Dr. for the last 12yrs. I would Highly Recommend him and his office for any Mental Health needs. He and his staff are caring, while still being professionals. I have seen other Drs in NELA but none of them came close to measuring up to Dr. Williams!
