I want to start out by saying, I absolutely adore my therapist, Anne Burkhart. She has been a life saver in so many ways, and is a truly phenomenal therapist. This review is based SOLEY on the experience and lack of communication I've gotten from reception and seems to be the only outlet I can think of to let management know they have a problem. I have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks and each time have left messages saying "I am in a mental health crisis. I need to schedule an appointment with my therapist asap." I have h... read more
