I was hesitant to leave a review, as in the past we've had positive experiences. Last week I called the office for a 3 year psychological f/u. I was told that as of 2025 they "Have a new system" and we, established patients as it has not yet been 3 years, would have to come in as New Patients. To make it clear, we did not receive ANY communication that this facility was to change "their system". I thought I found a good therapist... but unfortunately they didn't show any compassion for patients. I made a mistake on the time of the appointment, but I was able to log in right at the 15 minute cut off only to find that the therapist already left. And when I tried calling the office, I couldn't get through to reception for over 5 minutes, and when I finally got through I was put on hold for over 7 minutes.
