very rude reception and many appointment failures
6 years ago, Dr. Cynthia Cavazos helped my son get a diagnosis for a learning disability when no one else would help us. I am so grateful that we found her. I explained that we had wasted our time (3 years) with another doctor that never took the time to test my son, or to give us a diagnosis. She was so understanding, and she didn't take long to help us out. Thank you, Dr. Cavazos!
I waited over two month for my initial appointment and I showed up the my appointment. The office was closed because the doctor decided to cancel because she wanted 4th of July off. When I first called, I mentioned, it is a holiday and the receptionist said doctor was still taking appointments. If she wanted the day off, fine, just don't schedule patients and have us wait over 2 months wasting our time. Very unprofessional.
I highly recommend Dr. Kypuros. She’s professional and caring.
