I have had a really great experience at CAPS. My provider is empathetic, thorough, and thoughtfully listens to my concerns. I'd recommend CAPS to anyone!
So, apparently you will be charged if you don't cancel before 24 hours of the appointment, but they could cancel few hours before the appointment, which you have wiated three weeks for, with this explanation that the therapist's schedule is full till the next three weeks. So, simply there is a month and halg time gap between two appointments. super redicioulus. While I like my therapist, the CAPS way of handling things and their managment is the worst.
