I have had one session (so far) with Dr. Siler and I can already tell that she and the staff at Counseling Professionals of Northeast Texas are enjoyable to interact with, make things feel comfortable, and provide valuable insights. I am looking forward to working with them more.

My sons records (Ronikaye Rusak refused to provide TAC PLC requirements). Cited TAC PLC and failed to provide documented “harm” to client if released. They dropped my teenager as a client because we had a family emergency and had to call to cancel, because we are unable to schedule unexpected emergencies in their "time frame to cancel" it counted as a "no show". My teen suffers from severe depression to the point she has thought of harming and killing herself. She has self harmed. Apparently that's not as important as their company policy. You can't control when unexpected emergencies pop up and we had good cause.
