They dropped my teenager as a client because we had a family emergency and had to call to cancel, because we are unable to schedule unexpected emergencies in their "time frame to cancel" it counted as a "no show". My teen suffers from severe depression to the point she has thought of harming and killing herself. She has self harmed. Apparently that's not as important as their company policy. You can't control when unexpected emergencies pop up and we had good cause.
