Have had nothing but wonderful experiences here.
Scheduled appointment, arrived and was told appointment was cancelled without any notification. Received an email 2 days later that referred me to another agency because “they would be better suited to address my needs”, is that supposed to mean their counselors aren’t qualified? Super unprofessional, don’t bother and go somewhere else.
Sometime in September I called CFW. The response time was quick and I was linked a pre intake form. Once I did pre intake, I got another call a few days later saying I'd need to wait an addition 3 weeks before getting scheduled. After 3 weeks, I got the date of Nov 4th to come in and wasn't given a counselor name. I came into the lobby and it seemed like everyone else knew who they were waiting for while I waiter in the lobby for an hour confused. Rang the window bell a few times with no response.
