I LOVE Counseling for Wellness! They have helped me in more ways than one. Everyone is professional and are always ready to help me with my needs. The owner is also awesome! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Scheduled appointment, arrived and was told appointment was cancelled without any notification. Received an email 2 days later that referred me to another agency because “they would be better suited to address my needs”, is that supposed to mean their counselors aren’t qualified? Super unprofessional, don’t bother and go somewhere else.

Sometime in September I called CFW. The response time was quick and I was linked a pre intake form. Once I did pre intake, I got another call a few days later saying I'd need to wait an addition 3 weeks before getting scheduled. After 3 weeks, I got the date of Nov 4th to come in and wasn't given a counselor name. I came into the lobby and it seemed like everyone else knew who they were waiting for while I waiter in the lobby for an hour confused. Rang the window bell a few times with no response. We where reffered to the counseling for wellness center by a former employee when my wife and I needed consoling. When calling I talked to a nice women who told us there were a couple of consolers accepting new patients and that once we filled out the pre intake form we would get a call if our insurance was accepted. It took us two days to do the form and send it in, after sending it in I asked for confirmation that is was received and looked forward to a return call.
