This place is an absolute chaotic mess as far as the way the office and billing is run. They keep your card on file and charge without notice for everything and you will never see a receipt or notification of the charge until you see it on your card statement. I had an appointment. However i cant rate whether the therapist are any good or not. I called to confirm my appointment and the person who answered the phone was so rude. Clearly had no business working at a therapist office. Safe to say most people attending there have depression, anxiety, bpd or some sort of problem they are working through. To talk to patients with such disrespect and disregard to what they are going through is not acceptable. Next time learn customer service and not interrupt the person trying to explain... read more
I have been seeing Dr. C for a while now and she has been great for me. I’m finally at a stable place with my medications. She is compassionate and actually listens to you. She does not rush you through appointments like I’ve experienced with other psychiatrists. She genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.
Dr. C is wonderful! She is caring and understanding. I highly recommend her!
