We love our provider here, but the front desk will make you question if it’s worth it. They bill incorrectly, charge automatically without sending a receipt. Checked our credit card statement for something and realized they charged me $125 3 separate times over a couple of months, despite my insurance covering 100%, no deductible, no co-insurance. Worst front desk ever. They have a huge balance on my account because of these cancellations but they fail to do their job and The customer service is horrible. As someone with mental health problems, they make it worse for the patient. Definitely Not be coming back and recommending

I needed a therapist and started seeing one here. I went three times. Not once was I told I needed to work on any aspect of myself. Instead it evolved into a comparison of my experience to hers and her life. Last session was her giving me recommendations for restaurants that I didn't ask for. I sought a therapist to improve myself. I was not given any guidance, well except restaurants.

We have used Dr. Jeff for years he is great!! However this place has some very questionable billing practices they have charged my card that is on file without sending me a bill or any kind of notification that I have a balance due… I tried asking them to notify me before charging my account and they continue to do whatever they want whenever they want….
