We have used Dr. Jeff for years he is great!! However this place has some very questionable billing practices they have charged my card that is on file without sending me a bill or any kind of notification that I have a balance due… I tried asking them to notify me before charging my account and they continue to do whatever they want whenever they want….

This place is an absolute chaotic mess as far as the way the office and billing is run. They keep your card on file and charge without notice for everything and you will never see a receipt or notification of the charge until you see it on your card statement. Over the last several years we have had countless billing errors. We will attend appointments and then get charged for missed appointments that we have to call and correct.
