I’ve wanted to write this review for a long time after seeing firsthand the difference counseling made in my son’s life. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Miss Kassandra T., and I can honestly say she was a blessing to our entire family. Her kindness, patience, and gentle approach created a safe space where my son could grow, heal, and learn skills that have stayed with him into adulthood. My experience with this therapist was extremely disappointing and concerning. I raised repeated concerns regarding possible abuse and sexualized behaviors involving my child, but I was told she was not a specialist in that area. Despite this, I felt my concerns were minimized instead of being referred to a therapist who specialized in trauma or child sexual abuse evaluations. Had the worst experience at this place my kids went there they charge for everything and as soon as I knew it i was over 400 in charges that didnt even needed to be charged there very unprofessional the therapist my son was seeing Jennifer came up to me in front of the whole lobby and said if I didn't pay half of what I owe and make payments that she was not going to see my kids anymore I was like ok and said ill just leave then they charged me for being late when I said I wasn't late she said I was so dont go with them they... read more
Worse service ever lack of communication both in therapists and facility alone I do not recommend this facility. The therapist Melissa Herrera very rude when explaining certain situations were put on back burner. Concerns were also put off and very insensitive.
