My experience was exactly the opposite of the other 2 commenters. I had Dianne Taylor and she helped me immensely. In fact I am trying to see her again. I found her to be very caring and relatable. Consider the source when reading reviews. Perhaps these people weren't working their program as they should.

First time I went I see a lady that's suppose to be a so called councilor that's dressed like a stripper sucking on a lollipop. The whole thing is a money scam, they don't really give a fuck what kinda problems you have. They will be quick to call your po and have you violated. Can't even take medicine your prescribed even if it's for seizures or they add another like 4 weeks. Someone needs to call the better business bureau on these people. The entire staff to include the Director C. Dianne Taylor for the 4 Facilities are very rude and less than helpful when trying to get a question answered. I am not an idiot and do not believe that nobody there knows the Intake Counselors schedule. I asked to speak to her while I was in the office, I was told to call back after 4pm, then when I called back I was told to come in and fill out a form between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
