I am very happy with my experience at Heritage. Their staff is very friendly, I was always greeted with a smile & hello from who ever was at the front desk. My therapist(s) were great & very knowledgeable.. Finally, the office was always clean and comfortable. I would happily recommend them to any of my friends, family, or anyone else reading this.
If I could give less then one star I would, do NOT go here. They are money hungry as several other reviews have corroborated. I asked them explicitly several times if they take my insurance to which they said yes. They love to throw paperwork in your face and say you signed papers but their practice is shady and unethical. I have never had an issue at any other healthcare facility like I have had here. Not to mention the fact that if you pay what you can monthly, they STILL charge late fees.
