I found them to be very helpful, easy to schedule, and extremely professional. Great experience, no complaints.
I am very happy with my experience at Heritage. Their staff is very friendly, I was always greeted with a smile & hello from who ever was at the front desk. My therapist(s) were great & very knowledgeable.. Finally, the office was always clean and comfortable. I would happily recommend them to any of my friends, family, or anyone else reading this.
Nice clean office with many different kinds of rooms. Been there 6 times now and never been in the same room. Nice staff, greeted as soon as I walked in. Their billing people were nice too, after having an issue with my insurance, they helped me get it all sorted out. No issues, would recommend.

They never informed me of any outstanding bills due to denial of insurance claims, but because it’s a business they will not release records for my 5 YEAR OLD so we can keep her current insurance and get certain evaluations done. It’s nice to know that people like this think mental health can be just toyed around and not think of the consequences it impacts on the patient. This is disgusting and disrespectful. Mental health is not a joke. This place is a joke.
Great place. Was referred by a friend, glad that I listened. They were able to help me sort out everything going on & help me get my life back on track.
If I could give less then one star I would, do NOT go here. They are money hungry as several other reviews have corroborated. I asked them explicitly several times if they take my insurance to which they said yes. They love to throw paperwork in your face and say you signed papers but their practice is shady and unethical. I have never had an issue at any other healthcare facility like I have had here. Not to mention the fact that if you pay what you can monthly, they STILL charge late fees. This place is despicable and they... read more
