Terrible customer service!!
Awful customer service.
Avoid MS if you want to save your hard-earned money. We met with 2 different advisors: - The first advisor had a large roll of 100 dollar bills rolled up on his desk when he met with us. If your goal as an advisor is to earn money for your clients, keeping cash on your desk that is losing value due to inflation doesn't instill confidence. - The second advisor told us that she didn't do paperwork so she couldn't answer some of our questions.
