I greatly appreciate my therapist and was connected with him through his previous organization before seeing him through Counseling Associates in Plymouth for the past 2 months. Recently, when I woke up sick the morning of an appointment, I called and canceled. Two weeks later, I was contacted by Dawn from billing to pay a cancellation charge.
