I cant say enough good things about Dave Zane. He is an amazing therapist who is knowledgeable, articulate, and consistently provided me with tools for my personal growth and development. Dave remembered stories I told months ago and would share them with me to demonstrate cycles I might be entering again. He gave me book recommendations on codependency, attachment, and boundary setting, as well as countless articles to deepen my understanding of my own psychology and patterns. Dave is a gem.
Jason Capel, has helped me make great improvements in my mental health, I owe 2023 to him!
