When I first walked through the doors of counseling associates I was a hot mess. The team that I’ve worked with is professional, patient, empathetic, supportive, and engaging. I have experienced many epiphany’s that have lead me to a deeper understanding of myself, what my purpose is, and more. Much thanks to the excellent services provided. Mario helped me a lot with his ego strengthening. 2 visits got rid of 80% of my anxiety.
Not sure where to begin. They sent me forms in the mail that turned out to have another person's personal info on it. They don't answer their phone and the only way I could get anyone most of the time was via email. Had an issue with a therapist I was seeing there and couldn't reach her supervisor despite repeated requests. You can't make this stuff up. This place is dreadful and I'd strongly caution anyone to think twice about being seen at this clinic.
