I absolutely love love Carr’s!!! I have an amazing councilor. Coming into this place feels like A breath of fresh air, Nurse, Shane, and Mary are completely amazing and go above and beyond for you and whatever reason they need to. if you’re having any problems with opiate addiction this is the place to be

They made me pay out of pocket even though they accept my insurance and said it was because they paid their claims slow, and that I’d be reimbursed once they did. Well , it’s now September and they were paid by my insurance in May for services received in March, and I’m still trying to get this “reimbursement”. They won’t take my calls, answer my emails or send the check they had said they would. Tried to get help for my heroine addiction. Spoke to director Laura then Shelly. It seemed they were both adamant on not offering services. They ask for name date of birth ss number several times as if I was lying or forget. I advised them that I'd rather get high than get id it's my addiction which is why I need the help.
