The woman was so rude . Students get zero help so don't call there .
People who schedule or answer questions about costs/arrangements/platform are extremely rude and condescending. Not sure if this attitude is towards everyone or only towards the international students. Anyhow, be wary of interacting with these people as they may worsen your mental health issues.
Receiptionist was very nice however I would not recommend CAPS as a psychological service. There seems to be no counselors or therapists working there. Only salespeople weirdly. They are very good at following a script. I would highly recommend this service for people looking to either improve a service or review what went wrong.
Be aware IUB CAPS has had many 1 star reviews deleted by google. IUB CAPS and Dr. Kipley J. Meyers are dangerous! They will lie to and harm you if you aren’t careful. Take care! DEMAND CHANGE!!!!!
IU CAPS is very frustrating. Their website is confusing so I always have to call to schedule an appointment, then the appointment time is usually at least 1-2 weeks after I call so I can't get help for a while. Then when you get your first appointment it is just an initial screening that doesn't help and you have to wait even longer before actual therapy, and that's if you even make it past all the screening requirements.
