I’m not sure how much I can say but, Kelly was genuinely the best therapist I’ve ever had in my life. I was with her for 3 years, before I decided to explore a different form of therapy. I still chose to stay at this place due to her recommendation. You have a gem working here. Never let her go! I feel so much better after leaving her, than I did before. She truly has a calling for this job.
So it looks like almost a full year later they have done it again. They keep running a card I do not have a signed authorization for on file. And they have not deleted the card after several requests. I sent them a bank check that was cashed last year but now I don’t that was even due and that they made up the charge. I scheduled my first appointment for this place earlier this week. They offered me an appointment for that Friday. I was very pleased. I came in early to do paperwork. There are about a dozen sheets to read or sign. This is a fairly busy office. After filling out the paperwork and waiting 12 minutes past 3, the receptionist decided to call the therapist Phil Cerrato to see where he was. There was mixup and I needed to reschedule. Very surprised by the negative reviews; I can only speak for my own experience and Angela Bartlett is wonderful. Selfishly, I wish I could seek her council triple as often as I currently do. Strongly recommend!
LeNelle is an amazing therapist. The kids enjoyed her therapy but I felt they should have worked closer together as an office in fully employing all capabilities to treat my children. I had some challenges gaining access to files to understand the therapy my kids was experiencing. I felt that the office should have been more receptive to the parents that outside litigators and GALs.
