Almost impossible to get a person on the phone. Days to get a return phone call. I had to cancel an appointment because I was in the emergency room. Charged a missed appointment fee.
It’s hard to get someone in office to make a appointment or anything else you need no call backs I’ve call three four times nothing i see a good therapist but can’t reach her it’s not professional at all.
The therapy service I received back in 2016 was excellent, however due to insurance issues I ended up having serious billing issues with the business office. Back in 2016 my insurance changed and they say I didn't notify them. I think that I did, but either way visits were rejected by my insurance. I gave them new insurance but due to issues there they are claiming now, nearly 3 years later, that some visits were rejected by the new insurance. I see Lynda Kemp to help me through my divorce. She does a great job with helping me get to the root of my feelings and how to handle my feelings. I also got some parenting tips from Lynda for while I am going through this divorce. I would recommend seeing Lynda if you are going through a divorce.
